Novo Mere was founded by two mothers who saw a gap worth closing. Different backgrounds, one shared belief: mothers deserve more. This is what that belief became.

Kylie's background is in special education. She spent years working closely with children and families, learning firsthand where the gaps were and who kept falling through them.
The idea for Novo Mere started with a moment. Kylie was at a moms group listening to a pelvic floor therapist give a presentation. A friend leaned over and said, “I need this so badly, but who’s gonna watch my kids?” In that moment, everything became clear. The barrier wasn't desire — it was access. Childcare was standing between women and the care they deeply needed and deserved.
That realization became Novo Mere. Kylie brought the vision to life, and when Tessa joined, she knew she'd found the partner to build it with.
Today, she leads Novo Mere with the same instinct that started it all: watching closely, building thoughtfully, and never losing sight of the mothers this is all for.
Tessa

Mother of Lincoln & Josephine.
Tessa's background spans marketing, graphic design, events, and interior design. As the daughter of an entrepreneur, she always dreamed of building something of her own.
Motherhood changed her perspective. She saw firsthand how underserved mothers are in the corporate world, and how unfriendly companies can be to the reality of raising children. That experience planted a seed.
Then she met Kylie. Hearing about the vision for Novo Mere, Tessa knew immediately she had to be part of it. Her passion for the mission has only grown since.
Today, she's building a brand rooted in meaning, purpose, and beauty.
