An Evening of Movement, Education & Pelvic Floor Care
September 15, 2026 | 6:00 – 7:30 PM | 624 Green Bay Rd, Kenilworth, IL 60043
There are questions most of us carry quietly. About the body after birth. About what changed, and what's still changing. About whether what we're feeling is normal. This evening is a space to finally ask them out loud.
Toned Yoga, Chicago Mama PT and Novo Mere are coming together for an intimate evening designed for women who are ready to understand their bodies more deeply. Toned Yoga Pilates instructor Bianca and Amy of Chicago Mama PT will co-lead the evening's movement portion together, weaving yoga, breath work, and guided movement with real-time education on what's happening in your body and why. It's a rare pairing: a movement teacher and a pelvic floor specialist teaching side by side, so you understand not just what to do, but what it means. The evening closes with a grounding presentation and an open Q&A.
No question is too small. No body is too far along, or too recently postpartum. This evening is simply made for you.
The Evening
6:00 – 6:45 PM — Collaborative Movement + Education (Bianca & Amy, together)
6:45 – 7:00 PM — Refreshments & Bites
7:00 – 7:15 PM — Pelvic Floor Presentation
7:15 – 7:30 PM — Q&A
Early bird tickets: $40 through August 30th. $55 after.
