There's a particular kind of tired that comes from always being needed. From solving, planning, holding it all together, being the capable one. This evening is a chance to set that down, even for a few hours.

Novo Mere invites you to An Evening of Light: candlelit yoga, apps and drinks among women who understand exactly what you're carrying, and an honest keynote from maternal mental health advocate Kate Kripke. The evening opens with a gentle, restorative yoga session by candlelight, no experience needed, before moving into light bites and drinks to unwind and connect. The night closes with Kate's keynote on motherhood and mental health, and the parts of the job no one prepares you for, followed by an open Q&A.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • We recommend comfortable, movement-friendly clothing you can wear through both the Pilates session and lunch. The morning takes place partially outdoors, so dress for the weather and consider layers.

  • Childcare is not available for this Le Moment de Mères retreat.

  • Space is intentionally limited. We keep our retreats small so the experience remains personal and unhurried. Once tickets are sold out, they are gone — we do not maintain a waitlist at this time.

  • Yes. Le Moment de Mères is a series. Retreat II takes place August 11 and Retreat III on September 25. Each gathering features a different speaker and intention. Details for both will be announced soon.

  • Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Please review the full event policy before registering.

  • In the rare event that Novo Mere must cancel due to a national emergency or severe weather, all ticket holders will receive a full refund to their original payment method within 7–10 business days. You will be notified via the email address provided at registration.

  • We do our best to ensure every guest is comfortable. Please note any dietary needs or physical considerations in the registration form and we will do everything we can to accommodate you.
