MEET YOUR INSTRUCTORS
Two voices grounding this evening in authenticity.
Kate Kripke LCSW, is a therapist, author, speaker, and longtime advocate for mothers. For more than 20 years, she has worked with women navigating the anxiety, pressure, identity shifts, and enormous expectations that can come with raising children while also trying to build full and meaningful lives of their own.
Kate believes we spend a lot of time preparing women for how to care for babies and raise children, and far too little time preparing them for what motherhood itself will ask of them.
She is the author of Reinventing Supermom and host of the Motherhood Uncut podcast, where she brings honest conversations about the parts of motherhood we don’t talk about nearly enough.
